Christian Becker is a certified specialist for administrative law who focuses on public construction, planning, development and environmental law, on the law of public indemnification (expropriation, compensation and government liability), on public fiscal law, on subsidy law and on public media law.
He advises and, to the extent required, conducts litigation related to the development and realization of large projects for governmental and private investors in all matters related to public law. This includes the drafting and negotiation of contracts under public law (e.g. development agreements, implementation agreements, urban contracts and settlement agreements), legal advice in the process of development plans, planning approval, and licensing procedures, as well as defending in court against complaints by neighbors.
Additional areas of activity include licensing and supervisory procedures under broadcasting law, the privatization of municipal facilities, expropriation procedures, defense against government liability claims and representation of universities and colleges in matters concerning examinations.
