As a notary, Lars Bretschneider focuses on property-related notarisations, in particular property law, commonhold and leasehold, as well as the drafting of wills and family law agreements.
As a Certified Specialist for medical law, Lars Bretschneider focuses on representing hospital operators and registered doctors in medical liability law. He represents registered doctors as well as non-medical service providers with regard to medical law matters, including advising and assisting in the formation and composition of medical practices.
As a Certified Specialist for employment law, Lars Bretschneider acts as counsel and forensic attorney, predominantly for private and public sector employers.
He is chair of the committee for apprenticeship disputes at the Lübeck Building Guild, and is a member of working groups on medical law and employment law at the German Bar Association.
