Advising clients on the purchase and sale of companies and shares is one of the areas our firm specialises in. We believe that it is our job to ensure the best possible structuring, organisation and negotiation of the transaction. The main focus of Dr. Sebastian Scholz specializes in commercial and corporate law. He specializes in advising companies on and in connection with M&A transactions.
He also advises and represents companies, their shareholders and executive bodies in all aspects of corporate law, both in and out of court, including shareholder disputes, and advises on the drafting of contracts.
In addition, Dr. Sebastian Scholz advises in commercial tenancy law, in particular in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases and disputes between landlords and tenants.
